You will not be charged any consumption tax by Bobiblue. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself if there is any.

Bobiblue fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a 100 days warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.
Warranty Terms
1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Bobiblue.
2. Customer must contact one of Bobiblue representatives for the return shipping address when sending back the items.
3. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back. Bobiblue will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
4. When sending back the items, customer must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
5.Bobiblue reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
To maintain the quality of your jewelry, it is recommended to take occasional breaks from wearing them and store them neatly when not in use. Avoid exposing them to moisture and liquid cosmetics, such as lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. It is not advisable to wear jewelry that is not solid gold or gold filled while showering, swimming in a pool, or in the ocean. When traveling, pack your pieces carefully and store them in your carry-on luggage to ensure their safety.

Don't worry about it. We promise an easy 30-day return policy. If you don't like the jewelry after you receive the package, just return it unused and in its original packaging. Upon acceptance of your return, the refund will be issued to your original account. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
You can email our customer service directly and show your tracking number, and then we will check it for you. Supposing that we are sure the parcel was lost indeed, we will arrange a new delivery or refund. However, if the items were lost because you offered us incorrect address information or stolen. you should be responsible for the loss.
